Fall often feels in some ways like a time of new beginnings. The start of the school year. Shift of seasons. The time of year when pumpkins start appearing on doorsteps and you start dreaming up elaborate Halloween costumes that you may or may not commit to (Will I pull out my witch hat and call it good, or am I ready to pull out the full Mary Poppins from 5 years ago?)
It’s also the time of year when we start to look at what we've accomplished this year and take stock of what’s left to be done.
“Your future self is rooting for you, not criticizing you.” - D’Ana Joi
Future You knows there’s still time to find a way to get more active and stronger and feel more energetic so you can run around with your kids.
Future You knows there’s still time to lose the weight you want to lose so you feel amazing and confident when it’s time to put on that holiday dress.
Future You knows that you still have time to make life-changing healthy habit shifts that you’ll use for the rest of the year and beyond.
There’s still time to model and instill healthy eating habits for your children so they grow up eating nourishing nutritious foods.
There’s still time to set yourself up to feel good the rest of this year and your FUTURE SELF will thank you.
There's still time to chat about how you can lose 12-25 pounds in the next 90 days. Lose the weight in a holistic, manageable way. In a way that creates healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes.
Send me a message saying “The future is now”. We’ll jump on a quick 10–15-minute call to look at where you are and where you’d like to be, and some things you can do to achieve that.
Thanks Sara! The Mary Poppins costume is adorable!
