When was the last time you really listened to your body?
The way I close every class I teach is by saying, “Notice how you feel.” Take the moment.
Because it’s something many of us can forget to do! Take this opportunity to reconnect with your inner self and listen:
1. Ask yourself how you feel
2. Think about what your body wants
3. Ask if you would treat a friend the way you treat yourself
4. Cherish it
How do you feel? Not a trick question.
